a round of capital raising prior
to a proposed ASX listing.
March 25th 2000
Nextracom successfully
implements its' eProcurement and
eCommerce offerings into large
several large corporate and
government establishments
prompting an acquisition by a
customer.
August 10th 2000
Nextracom Pty Ltd sells it's
E-Commerce solutions business to
Vertical Markets Pty Ltd prior
to completing an ASX listing
after a substantial e-Commerce
market downturn. C1 staff
agree to a period to
non-competition.

Nextracom Pty Ltd changes its
name to C1 Consulting Pty Ltd
maintaining it's external
technology consulting, hardware
solutions and custom electronics
divisions.
January 10th 2001
C1 expands it's range of
technology consulting offerings
to include leading firewall and
network security products.
March 25th 2002
C1 commences development on its'
fully managed Cisco network
offering.
April 19th 2002
C1 commences negotiations with
leading telco to provide best of
breed telecommunications

C1 successfully completes major
custom electronics phase 1
design project for Transit TV.
