Warranty - 5Y Total Cover Std - TVs United's CCP takes control of the warranty at the end of the original manufacturers warranty.  During the manufacturer period, the customer still goes through their normal warranty procedure. I.e. If the manufacturer has a 1 year warranty, a +2 year will give the customer a total of 3 years. The 1st year from the manufacturer, and the 2nd and 3rd years from United.  The 5 Year Upgrade service also begins after the expiration of the standard warranty, however finished 5 years from the equipment's original date of purchase. ON-SITE EXTRACTION Up to 2 service agents will remove and re-fit the equipment from the home or business.  The equipment is also transported to and from the service centre free of charge. PICK-UP & DELIVERY Similar to extraction, although the customer is to have the equipment ready packed in a box for a courier pick-up.  Repaired equipment will also be returned via courier. RTB EXTRACTION Used for Car Audio where the customer drives the car to United's service agent for removal of the equipment.  Then once repaired, the equipment will be re-installed into the car.
